Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2025
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and the Rezuro team. Please read them carefully.
Rezuro provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps repair businesses manage intake, scheduling, field work, parts, and customer communication from a single workspace. By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
In short
- Rezuro centralizes repair workflows, documentation, inventory, and partner collaboration for service organizations.
- You must keep account details accurate, manage workspace members responsibly, and comply with all laws that apply to your repairs.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; you are responsible for all fees, taxes, and usage-based charges.
- Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, and Romanian law governs these Terms.
Our services
Rezuro offers hosted applications, APIs, and supporting services that help you centralize desktop and on-site repair operations.
- register and hand off repair tickets across multiple locations and partners;
- assign technicians, log repair progress, and automate updates to customers;
- store supporting documentation and generate compliant repair paperwork;
- monitor parts availability, billing information, and operational analytics.
We may enhance or discontinue features from time to time, but we will not materially reduce core functionality during an active paid subscription without reasonable notice.
Eligibility and authority
The platform is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who can enter into contracts on behalf of themselves or their organization.
- provide accurate and current registration, account, and billing information;
- maintain all rights and permissions required to process personal data and device information through Rezuro;
- comply with consumer protection, warranty, labor, privacy, and import/export laws that apply to your repair activities.
We may review or update verification requirements at any time. Failure to meet them may result in suspension or termination.
Workspaces and team management
Rezuro accounts are organized into workspaces that allow you to invite technicians, coordinators, partners, and other collaborators. Workspace administrators are responsible for configuring roles, permissions, and access controls.
- keeping login credentials confidential and enabling multi-factor authentication when available;
- configuring roles and permissions that reflect team members’ duties;
- obtaining customer consent before sharing their data or tickets with partners;
- immediately revoking access for staff, contractors, or partners who no longer need it.
You remain responsible for all actions taken within your workspace, including those performed by users you invite or authorize.
Fees, billing, and subscriptions
Many features require a paid subscription. Current plan details are displayed in the billing section of the dashboard and may change as we update the service.
- subscription charges are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle;
- usage-based or add-on fees (such as SMS or document delivery) are billed as incurred;
- all fees are exclusive of VAT, sales, or similar taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor (currently Stripe) to charge all applicable fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information supplied is complete and accurate.
You may downgrade or cancel at any time through the billing settings. Changes take effect at the end of the current paid term, and payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
Repair tickets and customer data
You control the content you submit to Rezuro, including repair tickets, notes, attachments, device photos, customer details, and partner hand-offs.
- warrant that the information is accurate, lawful, and collected with appropriate consent;
- obtain any required authorizations before sharing tickets or customer data with other workspaces or external partners;
- use exports or downloads responsibly and maintain secure backups of records you are required to keep.
We may provide tools that allow you to send tickets or data to other workspaces. You are solely responsible for the terms of any partnership or outsourcing relationship and for resolving disputes with your customers.
Rezuro does not act as a repair service provider or a party to contracts between you, your customers, or your partners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with the experience of other users.
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass platform security;
- upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- send unsolicited or unauthorized messages, notifications, or marketing;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without express written permission;
- impersonate Rezuro, misrepresent your affiliation, or interfere with other users’ access.
We may monitor for compliance and reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or remove content that we reasonably suspect violates these rules.
User content and feedback
You may upload documents, comments, templates, messaging history, and other content to the platform.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Rezuro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content solely to provide and improve the services.
We may create aggregated or de-identified analytics from usage metrics, provided that such insights do not identify you or your customers.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive material.
Integrations and third-party services
Rezuro integrates with third-party services such as payment processors, email and SMS delivery providers, and cloud storage vendors.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, and your continued use of an integration constitutes acceptance of their conditions.
We may enable or disable integrations at any time, and we may require you to accept additional terms before activating certain features.
Data protection and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.
You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required from your customers, employees, or partners for the processing of personal data through Rezuro.
Where we act as a data processor under GDPR or similar laws, our data processing terms apply. Contact us if you need a signed copy.
Communications
We may send you transactional communications related to account activity, security alerts, billing updates, and operational notices. These messages are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
We may also send product or marketing communications. You can manage marketing preferences through the unsubscribe links in those messages.
Because Rezuro enables operational SMS and email messages from your workspace, you must ensure you have the right to contact recipients and that each message complies with applicable regulations.
Service changes and availability
We strive to keep the services available, secure, and free of defects, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Planned maintenance windows and urgent security updates may cause temporary unavailability. We will provide advance notice when feasible.
Beta or preview features may be withdrawn at any time, and we are not obligated to release them generally.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe that continued use would violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
- suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law;
- non-payment or repeated payment failures;
- requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
- security risk, fraud, or harm to other users or our infrastructure.
We will provide notice when feasible and will work with you to export your data if your account is terminated.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezuro and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred (100) EUR.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Rezuro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings. If no resolution is reached, the courts of Argeș County, Romania, will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws specify otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our services, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email.
Your continued use of the services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
