2. How we use your data
We use personal data to operate, support, and improve Rezuro while meeting legal requirements.
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Provide, configure, and maintain your Rezuro workspace and related services.
- Authenticate users, manage access permissions, and secure the platform.
- Deliver customer support, respond to requests, and resolve technical issues.
- Send transactional messages about account activity, service changes, and security alerts.
- Conduct analytics to improve product performance and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Legal bases for processing
We only process personal data when we have a valid legal basis.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR:
- Consent — when you give us permission for optional processing such as marketing updates or integrations.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the Rezuro services you or your organization subscribe to.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and grow Rezuro in ways that do not override your rights.
- Legal obligations — to meet record keeping, tax, or regulatory requirements.
- Vital interests — to protect someone's safety in rare emergency situations.
7. How long we retain data
We keep data for as long as necessary to provide Rezuro and meet our legal obligations.
We retain personal data for the duration of your account and as needed to provide services.
We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, unless we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Standard operational records are removed within 24 months of account closure.
8. How we protect data
We implement technical and organizational safeguards, though no online service can be 100% secure.
Rezuro uses encryption in transit, role-based access controls, logging, and regular monitoring to protect data.
If we suspect unauthorized access, we will investigate and notify you and relevant authorities when required by law.
9. Children's privacy
Rezuro is designed for professional use and is not directed to children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal data, we will delete it and may disable the account.
10. Your privacy rights
You can exercise data protection rights by contacting us; we respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data.
You can submit privacy requests by emailing [email protected] or through your Rezuro workspace settings. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
If you are located in the European Union, you can also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) at https://www.dataprotection.ro/.
11. Do Not Track signals
We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals today.
There is no consistent industry standard for honoring Do Not Track (DNT) signals, so Rezuro does not react to them. We will update this policy if that changes.
12. Updates to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
If changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
